Be careful not to let the filling come out.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and filling.

Cook the parathas:

Heat a tawa (griddle) or a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place a rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook it for a minute or until you see bubbles forming on the surface.

Flip the paratha and drizzle some ghee or oil on top.

Cook the other side for about a minute until it turns golden brown.

Flip it again and drizzle ghee or oil on the other side.

Press the paratha gently with a spatula to cook evenly, making sure it is cooked thoroughly.

Remove the cooked paratha from the pan and place it on a plate.

Repeat the process with the remaining rolled parathas.

Serve hot:

Paneer parathas are best enjoyed hot off the pan.

Serve them with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.

You can also serve them with a side of raita (yogurt-based dip) or a curry.

Enjoy your homemade paneer parathas!

Paneer paratha is a delicious Indian bread stuffed with spiced cottage cheese (paneer).
